When can I order?
Order around the clock. There are no opening hours on the internet.You can place an order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How can I make use of the order form?
Should you already have our catalogue and would simply like to order the desired articles electronically, use our order form to do it.
Include the article code, size and number of the articles you want. Please don't leave any blank spaces and just enter the number as it stands, like in the following example : 123-45678910, 42/44 and 1.
After you have entered the full article number, just click on the button 'shopping basket'.
The article will be searched for in our database and will then be placed in your shopping basket.
Should you make a mistake entering the article number, you can amend this by clicking on the applicable text field.
How do I order an item?
You have the choice between different fashion lines. Choose an article belonging to one of the many categories. Click on the requested article to receive a more detailed description.
In the expanded version of the article, you will also see a short description, photos of the item and its price. You can now select the desired size and number of articles.
Afterwards you have the choice to add the item to your list of favourites or to add it to your shopping basket. The 'size' dropdown menu helps you to pick the right size.
Subsequently you will receive confirmation that the applicable article has been added to your list of favourites or shopping basket. You now have the option to carry on shopping or to go to your shopping basket or list of favourites.
When in your list of favourites you can either add your preferred items to your shopping basket or delete them from this list.
In your shopping basket you will have an overview of the articles you have chosen, the number requested, and the prices. You can now change the articles, delete them or continue on to payment.
Following this you will be asked to log on, whereafter you will receive information about payment and delivery conditions as well as the 'Terms and Conditions'.
Click on 'continue' and you will receive a summary that displays all the information on your whole order. With 'send order' you finalise your order and receive an e-mail confirming the transaction.
Is there a minimum order value?
With Ulla Popken there is no minimum order value! We will make sure to deliver your goods as quickly and reliably as possible to the address of your choice and according to your chosen payment method.
How about deliveries abroad?
We are happy to deliver your order abroad. Please, consider, however, that in certain instances not only an increased delivery charge applies, but also costs for customs and VAT may be added. This will be done according to the respective regulations of the country the goods are sent to.
Where can deliveries be made to?
Delivery to your chosen address. We will happily deliver your order to an address of your choosing. Please give us your personal details and address details, together with a telephone number, so that we can contact you should any difficulties arise. We deliver to the following countries: Croatia, Chzech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey, Ungarn.

How do I revoke a contract of purchase?
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us Ulla Popken GmbH, Customer Support, Am Waldrand 19, 26180 Rastede of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form (Download here), but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
What happens to my customer details?
All the data necessary for the business transaction will be held by us on record and, naturally, strictly held in trust.
How secure is this Web-Store?
When personal information (name, address, payment and delivery details) is required for an order and must be electronically sent, the data is despatched securely. You can identify a secured web-page by checking for a small symbol (a padlock which is closed) on your internet browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, Opera). You will see this symbol in the status bar at the bottom of your browser. During your purchase, all your personal data, without exception, will be sent over a secure connection. This is achieved by us using SSL encryption. SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer and ensures that your data is secured to a high standard against unlawful access.
How can I search for an item?
When you find yourself on the product pages, simply enter the desired key words in the search field to the right, under the heading "Search". You can search either by product, e.g. "trousers", or by a desired article number. Please leave out any spaces when entering an article number (e.g. 123-45678910). Click on the button to the right of the search field in order to start the search. All articles which match your search criteria will be displayed.

How can I unsubscribe the Newsletter?
In every Newsletter you will find an "Unsubscribe Link". Click on this link to cancel your Newsletter subscription. This will then be confirmed on the cancellation page shown to you. You must be connected to the internet in order to unsubscribe. You may reverse this at any time simply by signing up for our Newsletter again. Please note: We make every effort to process your cancellation as quickly as possible.Occasionally, your cancellation may overlap with the issue of our current Newsletter.
How do I receive a catalogue?
Of course, you will receive our catalogue free of charge. Our main catalogue is released in regular intervals. Each season (spring, summer, winter and autumn) we bring together the newest trends and fashions for you to choose from. If you are already a customer, you will receive a new catalogue automatically. If you have not yet received a catalogue or are not yet a customer, please complete the request form, found by clicking on "Request Catalogue". We can then send you your catalogue.
Internet Explorer from Microsoft
If you are experiencing problems, it is worthwhile installing the latest version of Internet Explorer. We recommend that you install a version from 5.x onwards (5.01, 5.5, 6.0). Often, the older version 4.x or earlier does not support the higher encryption standard SSL (128 bit), only SSL (56 bit). Otherwise, we recommend that you regularly check for updates to your Internet Explorer. You can reach the web-site to do this either through the "Tools" menu followed by "Windows Update" or manually enter the web-address https://windowsupdate.microsoft.com. Please Note: The contents of this site are solely the responsibility of Microsoft. In addition, the various upgrade steps can sometimes take a while, depending on how large the chosen updates are. After you have reached the update site, using one of the above two methods, click on the link "Product Updates". There will then follow an analysis of your browser's components.
Naturally, there are other web-browsers, which you can of course use. For example, there are certain internet service providers' (The company through which you reach the internet) special browsers, such as those from AOL and T-Online.
When you use an analogue telephone connection, we recommend that you use a 56k modem. For some years only 56k modems have been available to purchase. Of course, our web-site will still work with slower modems. However, in order for you to see what you are ordering, we use a number of pictures, for which slower modems require considerably more time to display. If you have an ISDN connection and an ISDN card or modem, you can surf the internet with a connection speed of 65k. You will have no connection speed problems at all if you have a DSL connection and modem. Be sure to remember that charges made by your provider will accrue for your internet connection.
