Conditions of participation for the competition "Big shopping basket raffle - We will be giving away 10 free shopping baskets daily from all orders"
From Tuesday, 27.09.2022 to Wednesday, 28.09.2022
1. General information
The organiser of the competition is Popken Fashion GmbH, Am Waldrand 19, 26180 Rastede, Germany.
(1) All persons who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of the organiser and of affiliated companies as well as their relatives are excluded from participating in the competition.To participate, you must meet the promotion conditions and purchase at least one item from the Ulla Popken online shop during the promotion period.
3. Procedure and processing
The competition will run from Tuesday 27/09/2022 until Wednesday 28/09/2022 (23:59).In the case of multiple orders with identical names and billing and delivery addresses, only the order placed first is eligible for participation. There is no minimum order value for participation in the promotion.
4. Winning and determination of the winners
The draw will take place on Wednesday, 12.10.2022. The draw will take place at random. Ten customers will receive their order free of charge. For each winner, the order value (after returns) will be credited to their customer account. A cash payment is not possible.
Winning claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons.
The winners will be notified by e-mail. By participating, each participant agrees that his/her name may be published on the Internet in the event of winning.
By entering the competition, the participant expressly agrees that the competition organiser may store the necessary data for the purpose of administering the competition.
The competition organiser shall ensure the highest possible standard of data protection in the context of the competition and shall comply with all relevant statutory provisions in this respect. Personal data will not be passed on or sold to third parties.
After the end of the competition, the stored participant data will be deleted unless the participant has agreed to the data being used for marketing purposes. The participant may object to the processing or use of his/her data for the purposes of advertising or market or opinion research at any time by contacting the competition organiser.
