Terms & Conditions for the Instagram Giveaway from 01 July 2026 to 07 July 2026

1. General Information
The giveaway is organized by Popken Fashion GmbH, Am Waldrand 19, 26180 Rastede, Germany.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta in any way.

2. Eligibility
(1) The giveaway is open to all persons aged 18 years or older who are residents of a member state of the European Union.
Entries submitted via giveaway services, giveaway agencies, automated systems, or similar services will be excluded from the draw.
Employees of the organizer, affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and is not linked to the purchase of any products from the Ulla Popken online shop. Making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning. D

3. Giveaway Period and Participation
The giveaway starts on Wednesday, 01 July 2026, and ends on Tuesday, 07 July 2026, at 11:59 PM (CEST).
The giveaway is hosted on the Instagram account @ullapopken_official.

4. Prize and Winner Selection
All participants who meet the following requirements will be entered into the giveaway:

• 1. Follow @ullapopken_official
• 2. Like the giveaway post
• 3. Comment under the giveaway post stating:
  • o which country you are joining from, and
  • o what you would love to shop at Ulla Popken

The winners will be selected by random draw on Wednesday, 08 July 2026. The following prizes will be awarded:
20 × products of the winner’s choice from the Ulla Popken online shop with a maximum total value of €200 per winner.
After being notified, winners must provide their preferred items as well as a valid shipping address.
Prize fulfilment is subject to product availability at the time of processing. If a selected item or size is no longer available, a comparable alternative may be chosen. Cash payment of the prize is excluded.
Prize claims may not be transferred or assigned to another person. Winners are not entitled to receive the prize value in cash or exchange the prize for another item. The prize cannot be combined with other vouchers, discounts, or promotional offers. Winners will be notified by @ullapopken_official via Instagram Direct Message. By participating, each participant agrees that, in the event of winning, their first name and country of residence may be published on Ulla Popken’s social media channels and digital platforms. The prize will be forfeited if delivery cannot be completed within three months of the winner notification for reasons attributable to the winner. This may be the case, for example, if the winner fails to provide a valid shipping address. No replacement winner will be selected for forfeited prizes.

5. Data Protection
By participating in the giveaway, participants expressly agree that the personal data required for the administration and fulfilment of the giveaway may be stored and processed by the organizer. The organizer guarantees the highest possible standard of data protection within the scope of the giveaway and complies with all applicable legal requirements. Personal data will not be sold or disclosed to unauthorized third parties. After completion of the giveaway, participant data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply or the participant has expressly consented to further use of their data. Participants may object at any time to the processing or use of their personal data for advertising, market research, or opinion research purposes by contacting the organizer.

6. Early Termination and Amendments
Popken Fashion GmbH reserves the right to terminate the giveaway prematurely or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time for good cause. 7. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
